FSG Property Services specialise in delivering public sector housing maintenance and improvement contracts and operate across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Northamptonshire. We at M5 Cleaning Services have been working with FSGPS on various Refurbishment and Void contracts for the past two years, covering their entire operational area for multiple Clients such as Grand Union Housing Group, Red Kite, Hastoe and Paradigm.

It was brought to our attention during the Pandemic and whilst working together that FSGPS were having issues with their existing and alternate cleaning contractors. M5 Cleaning Services had already established a new department trained in carrying out complete sanitisation by using Stabilised Aqueous Ozone (SAO), a chemical-free, proven to kill COVID-19 solution, and as such FSGPS provided the opportunity to prove ourselves with a new service division – “M5 Cleaning Services”.

FSGPS and their associated Clients were pleased with our ‘standard’ in-depth cleaning alone, followed by providing the additional service of spraying all areas across properties and working office for decontaminating and sanitising, preventing the spread of the virus. At the time, FSGPS had six different cleaning contractors, and M5CS are proud to now be their only cleaning contractor servicing all of their Refurbishment & Void contracts. This has increased our cleaning workforce, and we currently employ local people in the areas whereby FSGPS have confirmed and awarded long term contracts.

M5CS complete an average of 20-25 void and refurbishment cleans per week for FSGPS and are now working with their other departments to deliver varying alternate services, from in-depth sanitisation, deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning services (including carpet and appliance cleaning), to new build ‘build and sparkle’ cleans. M5CS have also worked in care homes, sheltered housing, communal areas, secure accommodation and women’s refuges in the local area, where all our staff have been checked and vetted. M5 Cleaning Services also provide a regular commercial cleaning services and SOA sanitisation twice a week at both of the FSG offices.
